We offer both an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) eating disorder treatment at our Madison, Wisconsin location for adolescents (age 12-17) and adults.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) was built with your flexibility in mind. We seek to provide you with access to care in a way that works for your life. Our local, intensive eating disorder outpatient program consists of 9-15 hours a week of clinical services delivered over five days. Think of this level of care as a step up from weekly outpatient treatment and before higher levels of care are indicated.

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) also known as Day Treatment was built for individuals in need of a higher level of care in a non-hospital environment. Our program consists of clinical services delivered five days per week. This level of care is indicated for individuals in need of treatment services that are more intensive than outpatient therapy or an intensive outpatient program.

Eating disorders rarely exist in isolation. Understanding the relationship between eating disorders and co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, and substance use are paramount for effective co-occuring disorder treatment. Our care team has a diverse skill set and background, which equips us to address co-occurring disorders that may present themselves during treatment.
