We offer both an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) eating disorder treatment at our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location for adults. Each eating disorder treatment program provides structured clinical support at a level of care that matches the client’s needs.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) was built with your flexibility in mind. At Inner Haven Wellness, we understand the complexities of everyday life. Our goal is to provide you with access to care in a way that works for your life. Our local, intensive eating disorder outpatient program consists of 9-15 hours a week of clinical services delivered over five days. Think of IOP eating disorder treatment as a level of care that's a step up from weekly outpatient treatment and before higher levels of care are indicated.

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), also known as Day Treatment, is designed for individuals who need a higher level of care in a non-hospital environment. The PHP eating disorder treatment program consists of clinical services delivered five days per week. PHP treatment is a level of care indicated for individuals in need of treatment services that are more intensive than outpatient therapy or an intensive outpatient program.

Each eating disorder treatment program at Inner Haven Wellness is focused on skill building, utilizing modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Individuals in our IOP and PHP treatment programs will participate in:
