Our Eating Disorder Services For Adults
We offer both an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at our Madison location. We are the only program in Madison that provides local residents with both PHP and IOP services. We begin with an in-depth assessment to understand the unique experiences and needs of each adult.

This allows us to provide the most effective level of support, ensuring a treatment plan that resonates with the personal journey of each adult. Incorporating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, our adult treatment program is tailored to each individual.
The programs focus on skill-building, supported meals, group and individual sessions, and medical, nursing, and psychiatric oversight at the PHP level of care.

Eating Disorder Treatment for Adults
Inner Haven Wellness specializes in the treatment of adults over 18, suffering with eating disorders and co-occurring mood and anxiety disorders. We understand the complexities of eating disorders in adults. Knowing that many clients report struggling with automatic maladaptive behaviors in response to distressing thoughts, feelings, or situations, our program focuses on developing and practicing skills using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
