Our multidisciplinary leadership team of compassionate experts collectively brings decades of experience working with adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders and co-occurring disorders to our intensive outpatient programs.

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) was built with your flexibility in mind. We seek to provide you or your child with access to care in a way that works for your life. We offer our IOP program to adults in Madison, WI and to adolescents in Madison and Neenah, WI.

Think of this level of care as a step up from weekly outpatient treatment for eating disorders and before higher levels of care are indicated.

Components Of Our Eating Disorder Treatment Programs in Wisconsin

Components of Our Intensive Outpatient Program for Treating Eating Disorders

The Inner Haven Wellness program is focused on skill building, utilizing modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Individuals in our eating disorder outpatient treatment program will work to build the following capabilities:

During your time in our eating disorder intensive outpatient program, clients will also receive the following:

Structured meals with support in our care.
Weekly catered meal with support/supervision from staff.
Experiential programming and mindful movement weekly.
Individual sessions with a licensed therapist specialized in the treatment of eating disorders.
Individual sessions per week with a dietitian specialized in the treatment of eating disorders.
