Elise is a Registered Dietitian licensed in Wisconsin who specializes in the treatment of eating disorders across the full continuum of care. As Director of Nutrition Services at Inner Haven Wellness, she leads the development and implementation of the organization’s nutrition programming, ensuring that all services are grounded in the latest evidence-based practices and aligned with our multidisciplinary model of care. In this role, Elise designs structured nutrition curricula for PHP and IOP levels, develops clinical protocols, provides staff training and supervision, and supports program quality and outcomes across sites and virtual services.

Elise brings extensive experience in residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings, which informs her ability to build nutrition services that are clinically rigorous, developmentally appropriate, and adaptable to both in-person and virtual treatment environments. She is particularly focused on creating programming that integrates medical nutrition therapy, exposure-based interventions, meal support, and skills development in a way that is both effective and sustainable for clients in real-world recovery.

Her clinical philosophy is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. Elise believes in meeting clients where they are and tailoring nutrition interventions to each individual’s medical needs, recovery goals, cultural context, and daily life. She is passionate about helping clients restore nutritional stability, reduce food-related anxiety, rebuild trust with their bodies, and move toward a more flexible and peaceful relationship with eating.

In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Elise continues to provide direct client care within the adult PHP and IOP programs and works closely with therapists, medical providers, and families as part of Inner Haven’s physician-led, multidisciplinary team.

Outside of her clinical work, Elise enjoys reading, baking, and planning her next travel adventure.
