Adults

At Inner Haven Wellness, we understand the complexities of eating disorders in adults. We offer specialized treatment for all adults 18 and over, focusing on both eating disorders and co-occurring mood and anxiety disorders. Our approach is grounded in compassion and understanding, ensuring that every patient receives personalized care.

Our experienced team of professionals incorporates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address the physical, psychological, and social aspects of these conditions. We begin with an in-depth assessment to understand your unique experiences and needs. This allows us to match you with the most effective level of support, ensuring a treatment plan that resonates with your personal journey.

Currently, we offer IOP and PHP for adults, tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. Our in-person program is in Madison, and we also offer these programs virtually for adults across Wisconsin.

Adolescents

Recognizing that eating disorders can profoundly impact young lives, our treatment programs are designed to address the unique needs of teens and their families. Our treatment approach for adolescents is rooted in individualized care, backed by a team of dedicated mental health professionals. Adolescent treatment programs are offered in both Madison and Neenah, Wisconsin near Appleton.

The core of our program draws from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and places significant emphasis on skill development and practice. Over the years, we’ve heard from our clients that one of their most significant struggles is the almost automatic use of maladaptive behaviors when faced with uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or situations. We focus on providing a supportive and understanding environment where teens can embark on their journey to recovery.

We offer IOP and PHP for adolescents aged 12-17, tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. Additionally, we offer resources and guidance to families, helping them understand the treatment process and how to best support their loved one.

What We Treat

At Inner Haven Wellness, we offer compassionate care for a range of eating disorders and co-occurring disorders. We treat anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder, understanding the unique challenges of each one.

Our programs also address co-occurring mood and anxiety disorders, as we use a holistic approach to wellness. Using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we focus on skill development and practice. OUR SERVICES

Inner Haven Wellness offers comprehensive eating disorder treatment programs, including Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP). Our multidisciplinary team, deeply committed to the local community, provides tailored care incorporating therapies like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

The programs focus on skill-building, structured meals, group and individual sessions, and medical oversight for those stepping down from inpatient care or needing more than outpatient therapy.
