About Us - Eating Disorder Treatment in Wisconsin

Who We Are

Inner Haven Wellness is a leading eating disorder treatment center in Wisconsin that exists to provide care to adults and adolescents (ages 12-17) that are struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring disorders. Our goal for all our clients is to engage in a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to them as defined by them. The core of our program draws from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and places significant emphasis on skill development and practice. Over the years, we’ve heard from our clients that one of their most significant struggles is the almost automatic use of maladaptive behaviors when faced with uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, or situations.

As a leading eating disorder treatment center, we believe in order for clients to benefit from psychotherapeutic skills they must be practiced consistently so when faced with a difficult situation, thought, or feeling it almost becomes second nature to use this skill and engage in an action that is aligned with the individuals’ values.

What We Do

Inner Haven Wellness was created with Wisconsin residents in mind.

As locals, we uniquely understand the importance of being able to access expert care at a leading eating disorder center that’s within your own community. We’re making that possible, with intensive programs especially created to treat anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and co-occurring disorders.

Our program is carefully crafted to build and reinforce skills, including mindfulness, goal-setting, emotional regulation and several more. These skills can be incredibly powerful tools toward recovery and are backed by our dedicated and knowledgeable specialists who offer continuous support and guidance as you work toward healing and wellness.
